Thankfully, we happened to be standing nearby and asked them to leave the room (naturally they had enough time to take a small pair of panties and that is truly distrubing). Now, the loss of the panties is a non-issue (afterall, what woman would take another woman's previously worn undergarments), the worry is that they entered a room with the 'do not disturb' sign up, didn't knock and let themselves in. Of course we reported it and the management can see where one of their staff (a male) entered our room (without our permission) after we checked-in. Prepare yourself, this is very creepy, I had a pair of my panties taken from our room by hotel personnel. This is not a positive review and frankly, rather scary ladies please be cautious if staying there alone, we'll never stay there again.
